Some time has passed since the events in the main story. Chain gave in to the tradition of trick-or-treating and this would be the first time Alex has ever gone. Being so, she's been planning non-stop with the help of Steven, of course. He wanted to make sure the time Alex goes trick-or treating everything would be okay and safe for him. However, there remains chaos lingering in Hellsalem's Lot will our favorite god be able to help and make sure this is the best Halloween for Alex?
