The Korean government has decided to call it 01 meaning their first experiment which went "rouge" the experiments can contain a human form as long as what they call "sustainability" is present, with that being said the Korean government has decided to take ALL twin children and use them as testies. Only one will be taken at a time and money is rewarded, if you refuse the offer is no longer on the table. They've stated that "the ultimate goal is to make the ULTIMATE weapon."
