The famous lab E.H.F has been working on something big in Korea, they've established a new policy and or law due to the curiosity of the things they've discovered within their last search. The Korean government has decided to call it 01 meaning their first experiment which went "rouge" the experiments can contain a human form as long as what they call "sustainability" is present, with that being said the Korean government has decided to take ALL twin children and use them as testies. Only one will be taken at a time and money is rewarded, if you refuse the offer is no longer on the table. They've stated that "the ultimate goal is to make the ULTIMATE weapon."

XX09 is the child of experiments X03 and CY05. XX09 is the latest creation and also the best. He has his own soul, personality, and feelings. Unlike experments beore him.
