Branchfur forgets this code, but when he learns that Poppyfur loves her Clan more than him, he does everything he can to make sure she regrets her choice.

A mysterious deadly disease is spreading among the clans. Nettlewail is desperate to find a cure, but the disease seems to have no cure and it takes the lives of many cats. The clans' medecine cats must ally themselves to find the cure.
