In this world, when the brother gods left Remnant they left behind more magic than original and this unfocused magic spread itself into certain members of the survivors and gave them a stronger connection to their forgotten roots. These survivors could use their aura in magical ways, manipulating the very environment around them to unleash great fireballs or to create powerful streams of water. Their closer connection to magic could be passed down to their offspring and over time they were labeled as shinobi.

Alas that is not the only change made in this world, upon the revival of Ozma and the creation of relics, the god of darkness had too passed his own creations for Ozma, great manifestations of magic itself in beast like forms. 9 tailed beasts had been given form and sought to rampage across the world with legends speaking of gathering the 9 beasts in other to form a 10 tailed beast capable of great power.

Years later, with Salem preparing to make her move another old enemy from the past makes his move as well, working from the shadows the Akatsuki race to collect the 9 tailed beasts before Salem could collect the 4 relics, all while Beacon academy hosts both a tailed beast, relic but also an ancient enemy who could threaten both of their plans.

With all these changes, will team RWBY survive? Will they even form? And what of team Seven? All these questions will be answered as you make your way through Beacon academy, home to shinobi and huntsmen alike.
