{COMPLETED} The stars disappeared seventeen years ago. A black night sky has mirrored a bleak existence for the people of Auros. The Gifted, humans with unique abilities to affect the world around them, have all but become extinct thanks to the dark reign of a usurper. And somehow Zephyr Elvy has managed to live her nineteen years in the blissful quiet of a small town next to the sea. Zephyr has always been content to keep to herself, and happy to live a simple, if uneventful, life. If only the universe had that in mind for her. Forced to flee the only place she has ever called home, Zephyr finds herself running through a world she has only ever read about, along with two soldiers who have deserted their posts to keep their consciences clean. With only a letter and a mysterious weapon as clues to why she's being hunted, Zephyr must face her own fears while discovering a whole new world of terrors at the hands of a queen she knows next to nothing about. Having never risked anything her entire life, Zephyr is forced to choose between apathy or action, hiding and keeping to herself, as she has always done, or taking a leap that could change the world she is just now getting to see. ***** Thank you SO MUCH for reading! I'm updating every Monday until this story is done, and I've been sitting on this one for almost three years so I'm really excited to finish it! I don't have any beta readers for this as I write, so please let me know if you notice anything, and I mean ANYTHING, that needs fixing! :)

150 years... That's how long the war has been going on in Equilibria: between the United Federation of Tachyon, a technologically advanced empire, and the Arcane Order of Seirion, a powerful magical empire. This long and unending war of conquest and expansion has led to many suffering in this world, as those who were in between them were squashed underneath the feet of the marching force. Occasionally, some people in this world may obtain resolites, a mysterious white crystal capable of transforming into powerful melee weapons. Although its inner workings and reason for existence are unknown, those with resolites, also known as resolutors, were hunted down by the empires as a key to creating elite warriors enhanced with the power of resolites. One such resolutor was Lorian Ashwood, who had obtained a particularly powerful resolite after his home village, Tragula, was destroyed by a mysterious ray of light coming from the sky, destroying everything in its path, including the soldiers from both empires fighting to capture his village. Nobody, not even the powerful empires, knew who was behind it. Eager to know what happened, Lorian ended up joining an aviator group known as the Strife Striders, and together, they went on a journey across the two empires to seek the truth as they completed a task from the King of Machiaville. In their journey, Lorian got to see the world from different perspectives as he interacted with imperial locals, while fighting against the Imperial forces and authority, who were constantly seeking to capture him for the reason mentioned before. Eventually, his eye-opening and arduous journey would develop him into becoming a resolute and just person, known as a Concordian. __________________________________________ Concordian of the Two Ends is now available on both Wattpad and Royal Road! Something is rising, a power born of formless shadows. It can destroy not only the mortal shell, but eradicate the very memory of what it touches. However, a mysterious gift opposes it - a force as elusive as it is powerful. Will its fleeting strength serve Dathion in his time of greatest need? A millennium of peace has rusted the swords and dulled the readiness of the scattered races. The shining realm of Asillia maintains an ancient promise - to watch and be prepared. For they will be the first to face the stirrings of evil, just as it was a thousand years ago. In that ancient time, fires of courage kindled from the breasts of men, igniting embers of hope in the other races. Now, when that hope is needed once more, the King sends his son. Only Dathion - heir prince of Asillia - can deliver the warnings to the members of the Ancient Alliance, and convey the importance of their need. If he fails, Asillia stands alone ...
