And when you find them, and know it, you get a tattoo only you and your soulmate can see, with your soulmate's name on your wrist. When Sophie foster finds a mysterious famous boy named Keefe, she finds herself falling. And she's falling hard.

In this society, everyone has a soulmate. And the way to find yours is just look. Along with a soulmate, everyone has a small tattoo on their cheek with a symbol. Some could be a star, a flower, a yinyang, a fish, or even waves. There are so many people that the symbols are almost limitless. The tattoos don't care about gender or number. For 2 years Violet also paniced but she knew that some people don't find their sm for 5-10 years after they come of age, so she wasn't as scared as Harper.
