With the battering zeck got it landed him in the hospital from there the story goes on...

After being told by his number 1 hero All Might, and his ex-best friend Katsuki Bakugou telling him to "take a swan dive and pray for a quirk in another life", Izuku finds himself saved by a group of 9 spirits that will help him become the hero his world needs by changing their hearts with the power of his personas.
