Jon and Edd, friends since childhood. They are currently in a gang, though it's not bad or good. People who live in bad families, homeless people, people with less money than most, ect formed a nameless gang. Upper, and upper middle class people hate them.
Maybe not everyone is like that, but in the area they live in, most are.
Matt is quite close to the two, and Tom is kinda a jerk. He doesn't like the younger ones much, but he won't beat them up unless they do something stupid.
Jon is quite cold, his heart turnned to stone after many bad experiences.
Edd's a happy guy, warm and kind. He hasn't witnessed many bad things, and is against fighting.

After his death, Johnny couldn't cope much anymore, he was used to being able to, but now his emotions were out of control. He starts to spiral downwards. The gang is with him the whole time and tries their hardest to keep him at his best, but Johnny becomes irrational, too unpredictable for the gang to even understand but Johnny doesn't go down alone, he brings someone with him.Complete
