Taika was born from nothing . Born in  one of the Fire nation colonies . After a soldier had a little too much fun with one of the prisoners of war . When he was born he was put in an Orphanage .He was belittled and bullied for his eye color. Labeled as The bastard  . But that all changed when  he discovered that he can fire bend . He had fire that had never been seen before . Word of this Boy with the power to bend fire that was green even got Fire Lord Azulon Attention . Under his order he was to be moved into the palace and trained to master fire bending .  He was a prodigy , mastering fire bending at the age of 8 . He can be considered to be even better than Princess  Azula . At the age 13 he was sent to the frontlines for 2 years only to be transferred to Commander Zhao  after an Incident that had his whole Platoon massacred Taika being the only survivor   .

Thirteen years ago, I was born by my mother Mao and my father Shota. We lived in the Earth Kingdom peacefully, along with my my older brother for years. Until the night guards came to our house, demanding my father come with them. I was only five at the time, hiding behind my mother as the Fire Nation guards tried to take my father. The brothers betray their Uncle to join their Father and sister. Y/n and Zuko return home to the Fire Nation with open arms, but unfortunately where one brother is living the time of his life, the other brother is confused and conflicted about everything. Y/n makes an incredible bond with childhood friend Mai, Azula annoys her brothers every now and then, Ty Lee enjoys herself, and Zuko meets with Iroh in secret. The brothers are then brought to their closing point in the crossroads of destiny as they must choose between family and the world when they learn of the history behind their Great Grandfathers. They leave the Fire Nation to join Aang, Sokka, Katara and Toph in the battle between the Firelord and to teach the Avatar the final element, fire. I do not own any rights to Avatar The Last Airbender or The Legend of Korra, all rights go to their respective owners and the producers of Nickelodeon.
