With no solid evidence or leads, the case was closed by CCPD and Nora West-Allen was presumed dead. 10 years later, a mysterious teenager shows up in Central City with no background, and frankly no idea how the world works. Can Team Flash pick up the broken pieces and safely reunite their family, all while keeping Central City in check?
