18-year-old Mei has been imprisoned in the Magic Tower since she was a child, sold off by her own mother. Through gossip and torture, she is aware that she is a 'Castielo' as the mages called it. A family feared across kingdoms for their blood-red eyes and the immense powers of their magical lineage. One day, a rare oppertunity presents itself for her to escape her cursed fate and reunite with those she calls family.
