In this world there are people with three kinds of powers if you will. Those that can control fire, those that can control water, and those that can control grass. If two of the same kind of these people were to have a child... The result would be catastrophic. A purebred. A purebred is illegal, A purebred is far to powerful for almost anything to handle. Only the Government can handle them and only on a tight leash. No one else can handle them. Not the police and not the heroes. If they were to find out I was a non registered purebred and unwilling to fight wars for them, they would kill anyone and everyone that I care about. So I just keep it a secret. No one needs to know.
