The galaxy is a mess. Mass Relays are destroyed, the Reapers were killed, and the person who led the charge, Commander Clarissa Shepard, has gone M.I.A. No one knows anything about her whereabouts.
2187 CE.
Rumors of Shepard's body found in the ruins of London begin to pop up, and the crew of the Normandy finally leaves their jungle prison. Spectre Kaidan Alenko is now the commander, but he has doubts about taking on the role that his partner, his soulmate, once had.
2188 CE.
Clarissa Shepard is alive! Although in critical condition, again, the technology from Project Lazarus has saved her once again after it had been recovered. What will her crewmates think? What will Kaidan think?
