This is my OC, Artemis's, backstory. Artemis is a fennec fox, don't ask why, I thought is was cute. Keep in mind, this is all fake, my life isn't actually like this. I suppose you all know that an OC and the real person are two completely different individuals most of the time. Unlike me, who is fatherless, Artemis is motherless. I drew the cover photo, it's not the best, but it's cute. Artemis's name is Ash (like mine) but then it becomes Artemis later on. You'll understand that better when you read. Also, I took that Soldier, Poet, King quiz. I'm a king/ruler, hence the title. For some reason, when I took that quiz, it made me want to make an OC with a backstory. I have no idea why. So I decided to incorporate that into the backstory. ANDDDDD, my OC has nothing to do with the goddess Artemis. Artemis is just the name I chose. So don't be in the comments like "actually, in Greek mythology, Artemis is like THIS" because I know. I love Greek mythology and stuff like that. I know quite a bit about it. Okay, so I'd just like to say that this is not well written whatsoever lol. All the grammar is correct, and there's some decent description, but it all feels very rushed if I'm honest. I tried to cram too many ideas in and yeah, it made.. whatever this is. Uh, I have some one-shots on my profile which might be better to read?... If you don't mind a fic being rushed this is probably great for you, lol, but the plot line is very higgledy piggeldy. Um, enjoy? Percy X Apollo Percy Jackson is tired. Of everything. He and Annabeth broke up after the fall into Tartarus, neither being able to look at the other the same way. Sure, they stayed friends, but that doesn't make Percy feel any better about it. Some of the gods are concerned, but Zeus is forbidding them from checking in on him, intent on leaving demigods alone despite all they've done for the Olympians. Apollo, however, is ignoring this order. He cares a little too much about Percy to watch him suffer in silence. But when a new threat arises, how will the Olympians handle it? How will the demigods handle it? This is very all over the place, but I think it turned out well in the end. (This is future me in brackets, btw, it did not turn out well lmao). In this story, Nico is overprotective of Percy (still solangelo though) as a best friend. He's forgiven Percy for the whole ordeal about Bianca and now they're pretty close, both confiding in each other about things they never thought they'd tell a soul. The ships are: Pipabeth - Piper + Annabeth Chrisse - Clarisse + Chris Solangelo - Nico + Will Valgrace (platonic) - Jason + Leo because I despise Caleo sorry lmao Perpollo - Percy + Apollo I do not own any of these characters, all rights are to Rick Riordan other than the storyline/plot.
