They say every person is special in their own way, everybody is different... and in a world where your status depends on whether or not you can or can't use certain abilities, those "special in their own way" are at the bottom of the food chain.
What better way to see an example of this than in a school, full of high school kids with teenage angst and raging hormones, that think they know how the whole world works when they didn't even tap into it.
