After an afterschool accident left Midoriya temporarily hospitalised, it was 14 months later that the greenette was seen again.

Bakugo, during his last year at Aldera Junior High, is faced with more than just preparing for the entrance exam to the most prestigious hero school in Japan. Now, he is forced to split his focus, between studying and his every growing worry for his childhood friend.

Meanwhile, Midoriya, now with the added pressures of stress and trauma that came after the accident, which to be fair, cannot be blamed. I mean, who wouldn't have nightmares from finding pleasure in consuming something you once were, and look like-half ghoul or full.

Still, the greenette, along with the explosive blond, continue with their combined childhood promise and aspiration of becoming heroes, in Bakugo's case, the Number One hero.
