This story follows, Amatsuka, the daughter of the king of Ruthe. Purge is celebrated per year on the city of Ruthe. Ruthe is an isolated city where criminals and evil beings were thrown to kill each other or to live and survive. Amatsuka decided to make her own detective agency, with her was her bestfriend, Ruka and the most famous actor, Rie as her members. As the people of Ruthe, gave a mocking regards to her dream, a famous entity "phantom thief" joins her team. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. No, that is not my original idea and I got heavy Inspiration from "This Boys Too Young to be Singing the Blues", By Distonail. It's an amazing read, I recommend it. :) Ps. Whoever hasn't watched Rurouni Kenshin, it's just about a boy trying to move away from his past and fighting bad guys. The plot of this fanfic is that Kenshin is a Hellhound, not just any Hellhound, the LAST Hellhound. His duties are written in blood and worse of all the Devil will soon break out of hell with the help of Kenshin and then everything will go to real Hell.
