Riku, at 5 years old, never questioned it. To him, his parents always smiling, always strong and the theatre was nothing more than a place where the mother and father could sing and dance. He didn't notice the careful way they hid their sighs, or how their smile stretched just a little too long. Protected from worry, Riku's world remained simple and bright.
