Divergent
Eric: "I'm innocent until proven guilty." "I'm very distracting, aren't I?" "You don't like me? I think you do like me, you just don't like that." "Love isn't fate. It's a choice." "Don't leave." Rose: "Everyone has faults, Eric. You should know...." "You can't be brave and fearless. That's impossible." "We are not a flame. We are the one rosebud that is alive in the harsh winter...... Let's see if we survive." "I'll be back. I promise." "I'm so sorry, I love you. I love you, Eric." // She wakes up a bed of flowers with no memory, only that's she in the midst of a war between the factions and she's from Candor. Her name and family are lost to her. Then she runs into Eric, the cold and calculating Dauntless leader that should be dead. He finds Candor annoying and unfiltered. She finds Dauntless impulsive and idiotic. Nevertheless, they team up after several more encounters. Read to find out more! Disclaimer: I DO NOT OWN DIVERGENT OR ANYTHING IN IT. DIVERGENT BELONGS TO VERONICA ROTH!!!!

RANKED #1-Divergent as of 1-29-2019!!! Thank you, wonderful readers 🖤 Rae lay on the stiff mattress, unmoving. She stared up at the white ceiling, imagining what the seconds, minutes and hours would sound like as they rushed by. Time was such a strange thing. One moment you can feel as if there's too much of it, and in the next moment there's not enough. Time probably passes silently for a reason. If it made a sound it would probably be unpleasant. A constant screaming reminder of the moments that were wasted, taken for granted, stolen away or lost. A raging celebration of the moments that were precious, intimate and full. It would probably be too loud for a person's ears to handle, and we would crumble under the pressure. ***Intended for adults only! The Divergent story and many characters belong to the wonderful Veronica Roth! I hope you like the story. I've pulled together things from both the book and movie, and put a lot of effort into referencing both to make the story flow. Also, in this story the initiates are 18 when the choosing ceremony takes place. Let me know what you think, but please be nice!***
