we looked each other right in the eyes and i knew the rest of the group was speaking to us, but i could not hear a single thing. we stared at each other and the second he touched the book with both of his hands too, i could feel his emotions. his anger, his sadness, his confusion. i knew how he felt and what he felt, but i could not tell why i could feel it and why he felt like it. the moment something crossed my mind, i felt a sudden dizziness and that's the second everything went black. i let go off of the book and felt the ground pulling me towards it. the last thing i felt was someone catching me.
