17-year-old Grace Millay has never fit in at school. Living alone with her single mom, she spends most of her time lost in her own world of thoughts, hardly talking to anybody.
She thinks she will never belong, until she meets Adrian, a quiet, dejected boy, broken like her, who has his own share of problems, who understands what she feels like nobody ever has before.
