"Molls come -" James starts, "No! They lied to us!" Molly yells, Piper and Finn jump up from the sofa, "what happened on the walk?" Piper asked her older brother, "S-She-she-" James gets interrupted by Molly, "I have a twin and you never told me about her!" She screams, Finn and Piper shoot glares at James and Riley. "You told them?!" Finn asks furiously, "It's true?" JayJay asks, looking up to his parents. "Yes because they're liars!" Molly screams, "No, they're not!" JayJay fought back. "Yes. They are!" Molly shouts before continuing running upstairs.

Until the age of 12, Finn had the worse life he could think of. His parents would abuse him if he was late, accuse him if they did something like break a glass, and shout at him most of the time. But when he finally came clean about his home life to his best friend Lily, she got him out of the house and to her dance studio, The Next Step, where he met the one he loves today.
-
Piper is luckier then most, she's found the love of her life, the one she'll marry only at the age of 14. Finn's helped her through her anxiety days, panic attacks and they've had the best dates and sleepovers. But on one of those sleepovers, things got a little out of hand but yet, that little thing is one of the best nights the two have had.
-
Now as parents, Piper and Finn go through struggles with their daughter Molly and son JayJay, and help them the best they can, because they love their children. Even their little angle.

In which two ex-step-siblings reconnect after just about blowing up their family the first time around...
Three years ago, Maddie fell hard for Jacob Isaacs, the smartest boy in her school. The only problem was this: Her dad had quite literally gotten engaged to his mother. The two tried to dampen the flames of their burgeoning attraction for each other but not before they got caught and were the talk of the town for months.
After the fall out, Maddie moved away to try and start her life over and not be known as the girl who got caught doing it with her 'brother' at prom. She hasn't seen her family in ages and intends to keep things that way.
Jacob, on the other hand, has worked hard to accomplish everything he's ever dreamed of. He's stayed close to home, done exceptionally well at school, and is adored by just about everyone who meets him. There's only one problem: There's a Maddie-shaped hole where his heart used to be. But no matter how hard he tries to reach out and find her, he can't. She won't let him. He let her down and gave up on them when she needed him most. And she's not ready to forgive and forget.
But then Maddie's dad passes and she's forced to come home for his funeral. It should be a quick visit. She intends to make it one. But Jacob has other plans. He let his girl slip through his fingers once and he won't let that happen again. So now he has to convince her to give him one more chance. After all, they're not related to each other anymore.
