NOTE: story is currently unfinished and put on the back burner because i need input so read and give opinions. it is a good amount of story and this is my first attempt at horror so i hope you like it!
In the small town of Crimson Pines, there is a secret. People live normal, happy lives but something sinister lurks just below the surface of this beautiful Massachusetts town.
Gabriel's life was on track, he had a steady job, a new apartment and had finally gotten the woman he had pined over since high school. But when his heart gets broken, he tries to take his own life and is forced to attempt to rebuild his life, but now he isn't alone.
A spectral doppleganger now never leaves his side, a companion that only he can see. As more and more people begin taking their own lives, Gabriel and his ghost twin begin to realize something dark is making people commit suicide.
Will Gabriel figure out the origin of the curse on his hometown or will he find himself taking his own life once again?

I hate having to write these... I don't know how to describe a book I haven't finished yet. But, based on what I have, here it goes. Please, keep in mind, this is book two of the trilogy. If you haven't read the first one yet, you can find it in my profile, Bound by Destiny. Barely living through the trap set by the Fae that wants her gone, Eve imagines the worst is behind her. A change of location brings hope and sadness. But when one of her vampires is taken, she realizes that the fight will never be over. Not as long as she lives. **COMPLETED*** This is book 2 and can be read as a standalone but I recommend you read "Fated" first. Something caught my eye and when I looked up in the mirror I saw Rykan stepping inside, shutting the door and sliding the lock in place. My heart hammered in my chest as he approached me.
