There once was a legend of a woman named Kiral-who was destined to be one of the strongest dragonborns to be known by prophecy. But, things ended up taking a turn for the worse.

A group of deadly assassins called Dragon-blood, were ones who hunted down people who opposed against Alduin-the great World-Eater himself, Son of Akatosh, Auriel, Auri-el.

This group who served under Alduin, destroyed any dragonborn that came to life, as any would be a threat against Alduin and his fellow dovah. So they did exactly what they thought needed to be done. They had killed Kiral, the last known dragonborn before Alduin's return.

But something happened with Kiral that no one had known of. She had a child-a girl named Kira. And who this child may be?

Well, the Dragonborn that would slay Alduin.

The world had long since forgotten the age of dragons, those creatures that had once ruled the skies as gods had long since disappeared after the conclusion of the Great Demon Wars. Dragons became nothing more than a fading legend, a story to tell children at bedtime. But the gods could not let the dragons die, for they were the last defense against the demon armies and the dark god Vekkar. Talia had been born and raised in a world of darkness acting as an agent of Hephatus, goddess of assassins and death. She knew only a life of killing, sometimes for justice, sometimes for honor, always for money. Her morals were opaque at best. But when she's deployed to the city of Arboros she finds herself thrust into a world of political games, opposing powers, and constant threat. Nowhere was safe even for her. Her goals became muddied, and then lost altogether when she meets the Dwarven Prince. Bromyr had spent the last five years of his life chasing ghosts, desperate to find the lost dragon eggs. His people thought him crazy, his father stripped him of his titles, but he never gave up. Eventually his effort bore fruit and he hastily made way to return to his homeland only to get caught up in the city of Arboros. It was there that he met an intriguing half-giant, a woman who ignited a fire everywhere she went. In the end she was the one who inadvertently brought about the new age of dragons. What could go wrong when an ill tempered assassin becomes the first dragon rider of a new age? ***Cover made by annie1loves1you***

Set in the world of Middle-earth, during the time of The Rings of Power, Melisane, the youngest sister of Finrod and Galadriel, unlike her sister's mind-reading abilities, possesses the divine gift of prophetic dreams, able to glimpse the future, past, and unseen realms. As a child, she was captivated by tales of dragons-creatures of wind, sky, and fire-and often dreamed of them, their power and grace haunting her thoughts. In the aftermath of the Elves' flight to Middle-earth, the loss of her brother Finrod, and Galadriel's departure to hunt Sauron, Melisane is left battling grief and feelings of abandonment. Despite her skill as a deadly commander and warrior, she struggles to find purpose, withdrawing from those who care for her as her dreams grow stronger. One fateful day, she stumbles upon a newly hatched, abandoned dragon-just as her dreams had foretold. Believing this moment signals a change in her destiny, Melisane takes the creature under her care. Concerned by her reclusive nature, Elrond, the Half-elven, and an old family friend, seeks her out and is shocked to find her raising the dragon. Agreeing to help her, he assumes she will eventually let it go, but their shared bond over the creature slowly rekindles their long-lost friendship-and something deeper. As shadows loom once again over Middle-earth, Melisane and Elrond must navigate the growing darkness, all while facing the uncertain futures that their hearts and dreams reveal. Will their newfound connection withstand the threats closing in, or will the starlight of their bond be consumed by the shadows? _ "You sleep coiled; tightly wound. Ruler of Angels | The Royal Legacies Series

21 parts Complete Mature

Elves were an interesting species, to say the least, and King Vaeril was just that. Although he was older than most around him, the elven age being twice the dwarven, he still seemed connected to his people. Unlike others, his parents did spoil him with riches, but he tended to hang around the poorer folks. Luckily for him, he learned to be more humble than other lords. To outsiders, the elves were looked at like "angels", being so ethereal in looks and attitude that people tended to fond over them. But this man wasn't like the rest. Falling, or well, stumbling into the king's life was not a part of the plan. He never needed an assassin, but with mercenaries in every corner, he starts to believe this man was put into his life for a reason. In the past two hundred years of existing, he's never felt this way before. This man is going to end up changing his entire life without realizing it. | Second Book of The Royal Legacies Series | • - - - - - - - - - - • - - - - - - - - - - • This will contain some language, references, blood, and violence.
