Korra and Asami start to explore there relationship after Korra was gone for 3 year's and they start to experiment with each other which leads to them falling in love with each other.
Other characters from the show an comics will be in the story at some points so get ready for that and yes there while be bending.
I'm gonna try to follow around the area from season 4 and all the comics and most likely further in to the future if that makes sense in anyway.

Juggling the life of the Avatar and being the girlfriend to the CEO of Future Industries is starting to take its toll along with struggling with her past and potential future and what that can mean for the new couple in a world that is constantly changing with new dangers rising. All Korra knows is that she loves Asami and will do anything to protect her. Their relationship goes from sweet kisses to something deeper and more passionate which terrifies and excites Korra at the same time, but Ms. Sato has a way of controlling Korra that she isn't quite used to, but it isn't long before Korra realizes how much she doesn't mind, she's willing to do anything for them to find their happiness.
