Lan Ying, courtesy name Shanli, known by her title name "Chengsu-Ji". She is one of the Three Jades of Lan along with her two older brothers, Lan Wangji and Lan Xichen.

She believed that everything would be okay with a traumatizing past as long as she was with her friends and family. She believed that she'll forget everything in the past one day, as long as she's with the person she love. 

However, a person will show up in her life, unexpectedly. One she couldn't believe that that person will appear in front of her. She thought that person died during the Sunshot Campaign. Will that person help her move on and forget her past? Or will it worsen her trauma?

A year after the death of Jin Guangyao at Guanyin Temple marks the start of the thrilling yet hilarious journey together with her fellow friends and juniors.

This fanfiction is a continuation of the novel. The story is still focused on the seniors (Lan Zhan and Wei Wuxian's generation) especially the OC and Jiang Cheng and also on the juniors. The story isn't just all about the romance between the two main characters but it will also have full of adventures and cultivation stuff.

This is a fanfiction dedicated especially to Jiang Cheng as he needs more attention and love. He doesn't deserve hate.

Put simply, if you all remember the time Wei Wuxian and Wen Ning were on the way to Yanli and Zixuan's marriage, he was shot down by several Jin's, going against given orders. The only ones to remember are Jiang Yanli, Jin Zixuan, Wen Yuan, and surprisingly, Lan Xichen, who is rather disappointed in his younger brother, and Lan Qiren who, despite not having the greatest relationship with Wei Wuxian, had a small amount of appreciation for staying with his nephew and his expansive knowledge. He will not, however, admit to even slightly missing the boy when asked by the older nephew. During what seems like a relatively normal day, objects go flying around and cryptic messages appear in an unidentifiable crimson liquid, scrawled and messy. How will those who forgot react, let alone those who remember? ----- Most interactions will take place through Inquiry. Fluff? Very little. A somewhat fatherly/brotherly bond between Wei Ying with Lan Qiren and Lan Xichen. Angst? Most Definitely.

Lan WangJi's brother, Lan XiChen will also appear occasionally. This fanfic is from the point of view of Lan WangJi, and the first 2-part story serves to recap their story so far. However, I would recommend that you at least watch the drama before reading this fanfic, as plot points and sweet moments from the drama and novel will be revealed.
