"LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT!" It was like these were the only words that held any meaning to him now. Another day a little more marching. The same promise everyday that it will all be over soon, one way or the other. Luke couldn't remember the last time he woke up to not hear the fateful banging of the commanders stick on his bed, followed by , you guessed it more marching.
Each year 75 kids made up of juvenile delinquents, young criminals or just the war criminals from the old war turning 16 were brought out of their army camp. They are given a glimmer of hope, a chance to never return to the hellhole they had escaped but they fail to understand the potent poison that is hope.
Join Luke as he ventures out into the world hoping to get freedom for his camp and over throw the tyranny. Could the mission that offered freedom from camp, actually be a bigger trap than they could have imagined.

But what if this strange girl is pulling a prank. Or what if this proposal is wrong or missing important details. How could an ordinary young guy like him end up in a situation like this? The whole camp was filling with smoke. I coughed, praying that my lungs would keep working for just a few more minutes. "Eli, which way is west?" Adam's breathing was just as labored from physical exertion, smoke, and panic as mine was. I didn't even process the question. I didn't know. We couldn't see anything through the smoke because the fire was spreading so quickly, and I just realized I'd forgotten my walkie-talkie. "Don't know!" I answered. Adrenaline was the only thing that kept my feet going. "Would you not do that, Cupcake?" He moaned. "Cupcake, really? We escalated to pet names?" I said annoyed. "Well you haven't confirmed your name, so yeah." He responded getting up. "Fine if it means you'll stop calling me Cupcake, my name's Marie." I told him. "Good to know Cupcake." He smirked. I just rolled my eyes and turned back towards the classroom. The School Escape
It was a normal day, until we heard those static noises. The next thing you know everyone is running out the classrooms. I can hear students screaming and running. When I step out I see bodies all over the floor. My old friends covered with blood, like a red blanket covering them. Follow as a group of students try to escape this hell. Their past catches up to them. They have to face reality and stop trying to hide the past. What they didn't expect was for the past to catch up so quickly. Lying and acting fake, is just the beginning of the past, but also torture, and rape. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At the beginning of the story it's really bad writing.
