Zander does not like the rain. But, one rainy day changes his life forever. When he's taking out the trash, he sees a girl. Arms spread wide, speeding down the hill on a bike. Blissed out of the world.
From that moment on, he makes it his mission to find this girl in the rain.

Rachel loves the rain. The way it makes the air smell, the hopeful feeling it gives her. One rainy day, her friend Zander comes knocking at her door, talking about a girl in the rain. She promises to help him find her, though she isn't sure how she can help him find a girl he's never met.

The girl in the rain keeps popping up all over town, with Rachel and Zander right at her heels. But sometimes things aren't always as they seem. . . .
