A New War

Kaz Brekker wasn't given a choice to stay at the family farm, not that he would've chosen to at the time anyway. Instead he was conned with his brother, and became truly alone at the ripe age of 9. For him, being a wizard was an opportunity. One he tended to use to his advantage.
He wasn't a hero, not one of any sort, but when offered a job with a large sum he would do anything to succeed in that. Kaz along with his crew face impossible odds, and as the wizarding world goes into a civil war, they must all look for where their own loyalties lie.
