It all happened so quickly. No one could stop it. The Argo ll was left it ruins, Festus creaking and groaning the light dimming in his eyes.
Shouts were being heard and grunts of pain echoes through the wreckage. Percy forced his eyes open.
He coughed his lungs out, and his eyes stung.
All he saw was fire. He now finally understood how Frank felt about it.
He couldn't move, he couldn't think, and he could barely breathe. But one thing managed to pierce his mind before his eyes closed. "Annabeth."

DISCONTINUED Percy and Annabeth are... happy together. Percy plans on proposing to her soon. But... he's not really in love with her. Not anymore. The dark-eyed son of Hades has caught his eye, he just doesn't know it yet. Not until he begins to cough up dark red petals and whole carnations. The Hanahaki Disease is an illness born from unrequited love, where the patient's throat will fill up with flower, they will then proceed to throw, and cough up the petals, (sometimes even the flowers). One of the only ways for the disease to 'disappear' is if, the said person returns the feeling (it can't be resolved with friendship, it has to be genuine feelings of love). The infection can also be removed through surgery, though the feelings disappear along with the petals. If they choose neither options, or the feeling is not returned in time, then the patient's lungs will fill up with flowers, and will eventually suffocate. Zeus must've said something because Poseidon visibly sighed and looked away with a dangerous scowl. Perci's father collapsed into a puddle of sea water, disappearing to...wherever. Zeus coughed, clearing his throat and raised his glass once more. "Odin, the Allfather and I have declared an alliance between the Greeks and the Norse." It suddenly seemed like a moment to hold one's breath and the whole room did, "With the marriage of Thor Odinson and Persephone Jackson." Silence reigned over the room for a few moments before the quiet was broken with the shattering of glass hitting the marble floor. All eyes turned to the culprit, it being Perci herself. Annabeth was looking at her, shocked beyond comprehension and a hand covered her gaping mouth. Piper and Hazel's reaction were similar. The sea green eyed demigoddess took a shaky breath, a handful of her skirt and fled the room for the closest door.
