It all happened so quickly. No one could stop it. The Argo ll was left it ruins, Festus creaking and groaning the light dimming in his eyes. 

Shouts were being heard and grunts of pain echoes through the wreckage. Percy forced his eyes open. 

He coughed his lungs out, and his eyes stung.

All he saw was fire. He now finally understood how Frank felt about it.

The Hanahaki Disease is an illness born from unrequited love, where the patient's throat will fill up with flower, they will then proceed to throw, and cough up the petals, (sometimes even the flowers). One of the only ways for the disease to 'disappear' is if, the said person returns the feeling (it can't be resolved with friendship, it has to be genuine feelings of love). The infection can also be removed through surgery, though the feelings disappear along with the petals. If they choose neither options, or the feeling is not returned in time, then the patient's lungs will fill up with flowers, and will eventually suffocate. Annabeth was looking at her, shocked beyond comprehension and a hand covered her gaping mouth. Piper and Hazel's reaction were similar. The sea green eyed demigoddess took a shaky breath, a handful of her skirt and fled the room for the closest door.
