You and Kageyama were childhood friends until the two of you had a fight in your last year of middle school. Despite both being students at Karasuno High School, you haven't talked for nearly a year since then. However, the match against Aoba Johsai at the Inter-High Tournament makes Kageyama realize the importance of having people to rely on and that he misses his friendship with you. After he finally works up the courage to apologize for what happened a year ago, your friendship resumes as if nothing had ever changed.
