The year was 1986, the youngest out the three siblings of the Takahashi family, Mayumi Takahashi lives in the Chiba Prefecture in the city of Choshi.  In the Country of Japan.

Enjoying her days with her best friends, going to school, and hanging out with her other siblings at the nearby beach. Everything was going splendidly for her. 

Until one day, in the docks of their city spread the news of two lost foreigners arrived from the nation across the pacific. Who were outsiders that never been to their country but spoke perfect Japanese?
