Rosalie is the youngest daughter of the Evans family. Five years younger than Petunia and three younger than Lily, Rose grew up looking up to her older sisters. Being only 6 when Lily went off to study magic, Rose soon became reliant on Petunia for sisterly advice and grew closer to her. While not completely in agreement with Petunia on the idea of magic, she did believe that Lily was choosing that world over her family.
It's not until finding love herself and facing the judgmental backlash from her elder sister that Rosalie truly understood that Lily wasn't choosing magic over her sisters - she was choosing love and her own happiness.

So, Emily left to Romania with Charlie, but not for the same reason as Charlie. While Emily lived in Romania with Charlie, she did not follow the same career path. The war has finished, people can now come out of hiding, and Voldemort is finally dead. For many people this victory means never ending peace, but for three people in particular- it is their worst nightmare.
