June has never been one to open up. But a series of letters has her pouring her feelings out to a stranger. The journey of healing is often more satisfying than the destination. This story deals with anxiety disorders and selective mutism. This is something I've struggled with since I was a small child and this story is loosely based around my life and experiences. Hopefully this gives some insight into what it's like to not be able to speak or go somewhere without fear. It took me a very long time to find my voice, but the journey was freeing. - Amanda

It all started at a meet and greet, When Emily gives Liam her phone to take a picture of the two of them. When he has it in his hands, he takes the opportunity to put his number in her phone. What happens when he wants to get to know what's under her shyness? What happens when Emily is Brushed With Fame? Preview: "You want to know my favorite quote of all time?" She asked looking from the sky to me. Propping my arm up and turn to her, I nodded. She looked back up at the sky and closed her eyes. "'We except the love we think we deserve.' The reason I like it so much is because it describes why everyone falls in love with someone that doesn't deserve to have their love. I guess it's just a human nature thing." She said with a shrug. I smiled at her. "What are you afraid of the most?" I asked her. She opened her eyes and looked at me. "I guess I would be most afraid of rejection. I have always been rejected when it comes to guys and I never knew why. I eventually stopped trying and just started to focus more on my college degree. If a guy comes to me then I will let what happens happen." She said confidently. *Warning*- there are acts of weirdness, random cheesiness, and lot's of random things
