In school, she was known as the good girl, or as good as you can get in her neighborhood. In the streets, she was known simply as 'Pirate,' a masked fighter in the illegal underground arenas to get extra money for her single mother. Obviously, Amiel Lawrence has a lot on her plate. When her place of refuge, a local park, is destroyed, and an annoying rich kid learns of her secret identity, she knows it's going to be one hell of a year. This is high school drama to the extreme.
