Nico Mullins is proud to have a Latina mother and a Caucasian father and happily identifies himself as Latino. He is a skilled engineer and has made most of the things that he owns. He loves to build things because it seems to be all he can do- create things, come up with a better idea, break it down, build it up again, repeat. Since his skill was considered past superior, he was invited to work in Wakanda after they'd opened up their walls to the rest of the world. Now, he works there, building all sorts of cool technology and creating solutions for the world one step at a time. 
Of course, the arrival of the winter soldier sets him off track. Bucky Barns has come there to rest and recover, so naturally, Nico and Shuri attempt to find a solution. After a bit of research and a bit of getting to know Bucky, Nico realizes that not all recovery is going to take a physical form...
