This is the society Celestial lives in. People are separated into two social ranking; Ascendants and Descendants. 

The two communities never meet. One privileged more than the other. One suffers to survive, the other lives in joy.

Celestial Angel is probably the only person who doesn't belong to either as her parents broke the law and got together while coming from two different sides. They were locked up and Cele was forced into an orphanage, hiding from the governor's eyes who seeks for her death.

Cele grows to feeling lost and estrangement. She embarks her own journey to find her parents, a place to belong, encountering people and finding love.
