In the year of 1992, people with abilities began to appear. As the years went by, many more people with these abilities appeared. In the year of 2019, 16 year old Vali Blake, had started to attend a high school which teaches people with these abilities to fight criminals that have abilities. Vali's older sister sends him on a mission on his first day and he gets dragged into many other adventures afterwards.
