Izuku Midoriya, the twin of Izumi Midoriya, son of Inko Midoriya and Hisashi Midoriya, the latter being better known as the Dragon Hero: Blaze.
Izuku was born quirkless but was destined for greatness.

Endeavour isn't a bitch cuz that role is taken by Hisashi, Izuku will be OOC and act really cold due to the way he was treated and only cares for his mom.
Hisashi teaches heroics with All Might because of drama.
