In a modern society, 1% of humanity is born with a supernatural ability known as a gift. Gifts can range from just having an extra finger, all the way to being pyrokinetic. The "Gifted," as we call them, are monitored by the GIA; the Gifted Intelligence Agency. Once Gifted Children reach the age of 18, they are required to make one of two choices. Choice one: Live life as a Normie, with restricted use of their gifts under supervision of the GIA. Get a regular job, live a regular life, forget all about your gift.
