A Guide to Being Super by tangles-

Every city has its claim to fame and for the city of Cytropolis it's their superheroes. But unlike the cities of Gotham and Central City, this isn't a good thing. Cytropolis is known far and wide as the city with the clumsiest and least influential superheroes ever. But it never mattered that much since the super villains were just as bad. That is, until recently when the villains decided to smarten up and open a super villain academy to train the newest generation (something that never occurred to the heroes). Luckily for them, Matt Miller has arrived. He may seem like an average, normal (even bordering on boring) seventeen-year-old boy, but when are things ever what they seem? He may be apathetic and bitter but he has super powers and he's kind of, well, powerful. He's the heroes only hope against the newest villain in town, Sinister Shadow, and he has no choice but to lend a hand (but he refuses to wear tights while he does it, he draws the line at tights). [Completed] Sanders Sides human au fanfic. Twin brothers Virgil and Patton Novas have moved around a lot thanks to their father's job. From their father's home country, and their birth place, of Cabo Verde to their mother's country of birth, Ireland. From Ireland to Massachusetts. From Massachusetts to Arizona. After spending several years in a stable environment they're moving again, this time not only are they leaving behind friends but also their mother's grave. Virgil has to convince his twin brother and their dad that, despite his terrible migraines and sometimes crippling anxiety, he won't go down the same road as his mother. On top of having an overprotective family he has to navigate being the new kid in his senior year of high school, making friends, falling in love, and learning how to save a life. How hard can the next nine months be? All he has to do is hold on and convince his new best friend to do the same. I do not own the characters Virgil, Patton, Roman, Remus, Deceit, Remy, or Emile Picani. They belong to the awesome, amazingly talented cinnamon roll that is Thomas Sanders. I also don't like 99% of the music and song lyrics that will make an appearance in this book. I am, however, the proud owner of the hyperactive muse (by the name of Orion who makes an appearance in here) that spawned this story into existence when he was supposed to be helping me work on my other two fan fictions and three original works. And I'm also the owner of the many side and minor background characters that may or may not get names.

Through the reveal of Remus, things between the sides have changed. Logan's advice to Thomas has been taken up by Virgil, talking to Patton and learning to grow as a side. Logan's fine. Really. He has no problem (has resigned himself) with the fact that his best friends (whom he also has a terrible crush on) are dating. The fact that their other two friends are *also* dating absolutely doesn't pose any additional problem. Neither does Logan being the sole only child of their group. Really, he's okay. But then comes Virgil, a teenager (barely adult, really) from the north, fearful, promised in marriage and destined to give up everything to join them. The good news is, the "giving it all up" part isn't actually that bad. The bad one, well... Virgil's life has been turned upside down, for the better.
