A Court of Hopes and Lies

It had been 100 years since the war, and the Spring Court still hasn't fully recovered.

Forsythia, the daughter of Spring, has lived her entire life in her father's court. Being a creature of habit, she spends most mornings practicing her viola, and afternoons helping her court where he father believes she can which much to her dismay isn't a lot.

Ignoring her father's orders on the morning of the beginning of the trade negotiations, she finds herself in one one the many gardens that adorned the manner, playing her viola. Little did she know that the son of the High Lord and Lady of the Night Court was listening.

The Night court, the court of nightmares, the court her father said was always their sworn enemy. The court he never gave a clear reason on why. She knew there was more to his hatred than the nighttime stories that her twin brother used to tell her about the infamous court of nightmares.

But will the threat slowly approaching the court strike before they can solidify the trade deal and increase their ties with the other courts?
