It started with the magical portal, wherein different creatures are present and wherein the spirit or the soul of the dead and human persons whose alive can meet.
The lifeline, Lincoln Hunter Guillever reign as the new owner of the magical portal, but he did it on purpose. He wants to find his beloved, Reese Aerwyna Delos Santos, who died from an accident.
One portal left, the human portal is different because it was known as the curse portal. If he insists to enter, he cannot come back and he will die if he grows old meaning he will become normal and mortal.
He waited and lasted for decades, but he still did not find Reese until he decided to enter the curse portal and begin the new journey as a normal person with the people.

Perhaps it's time to grant their plea. He closes his office and walks to the elevator. "Good evening, Artemis." The man in a black jacket greets him. Artemis smiles at the stranger. "Do I know you?" The stranger puts his arm around the stunned lawyer. Behind the unknown man's dark glasses are bloodshot eyes ready to scare the wits out of his prey. "Your mother does. She's expecting me to greet you happy birthday." Removing his dark glasses, he stares at his victim to corrupt his eyes. Insurmountable fear assaults Artemis as excruciating pain drills on his eyeballs. A horrible scream slits through the silence of the night when the clock strikes twelve. As the elevator opens, the stranger loosens his grip and the victim falls on the floor. Covering his bleeding eyes, Artemis winces from severe pain. The man whistles away as he walks past the dead body of the security guard in the lobby to the snowy road outside the building. His victim crawls out of the closing elevator. The curse is true.
