Soulmate AU where once you turn fourteen whatever you write on yourself appears on the same place on your soulmate.

Sugawara Koushi, a boy who's very skilled at art, wants nothing more than to contact his soulmate and get to know them, so when they don't respond it really gets into his head. He doesn't know what he did wrong, or even if he has a soulmate. He falls into a pit of depression as he goes longer and longer without a response from the one person who could save him.

Tooru Oikawa, on the other hand, wants nothing to do with his soulmate. He already has enough on his plate between school, volleyball, and figuring out his feelings for his non-soulmate crush and childhood best friend.

What happens when they both end up at the same hospital, both for different reasons..?
