Meet Kiara, she can do Alchemy without a circle just like Edward except she never saw the truth. She is also the 2nd youngest State Alchemist in Central. She took the exam the year after he did when she turned 12 and was named the Multi-Use Alchemist because she didn't use just one type. She can also use Alchahistory (IDK if I spelled it right...), a Xingese (again IDK if spelled it right..) technique used for mainly medical uses. Not only is she an Alchemist, she is also known as the Wolf Sin of  Pandemonium. Just like Ed, she has secrets, the kind some people shouldn't find out.
