We built a home together and destroyed it together. It takes a masked man to piece everything back together. Finally a "happily" ever after, without him...Or so they thought. The ghost of him returns, the truth they know becomes distorted, and it only takes a server-ending threat to rebuild their home.

This was supposed to be a one shot , but here we are. I love ghost dream so much. There is not enough stories about him. And yes, I blasted the song (to build a home) on repeat while writing this so I'm sorry if it seems really depressing. Prison arc? Nah, but ghost Dream? Yes. This takes place right after the community house is destroyed and Doomsday is set. Techno is mad at Tommy, but still cares cuz sbi is best. 😌
Update 2022: Techno will continue to be part of the story as a main character. I love his humor and he inspires me in everything I write. I will honor him in future chapters and future works.(CC) Attrib. NonCommercial

One of the worst things that happened to Tommy and believe me, loads of bad things has happened to him. But being stuck in a single place, far away from his friends and family and with a blob that has taken two of his canon lives and who may have plans of his own, has to be up there in Tommy's list of Worse Things that Has Happened to Me. So he ran away. Whether he snuck into Technoblade's house was intentional or not is honestly up in the air to debate. But when it came to it, Tommy had two choices. To stay with his supposed elder brother who is not dead or go back to the people who turned their backs on him. He picked the first choice. Now Tommy has to live with the fact that he and Tubbo may not be able to repair their friendship and that the country that he helped build is basically f*cked! But that is not the end of the story. He figured he'd be alright for an hour or so without his phone. That is, until he got lost in the large, unfamiliar town that he definitely didn't even slightly know the layout of. He didn't know where he was or how to get back to his apartment, especially without a GPS. And then, when it definitely couldn't get worse, it began to rain. Tommy was soaked. He was cold, hungry. He cut into an alley and sat down against a brick wall, curled up on himself. He sat there for a while, and then heard footsteps. It was three men. The older one crouched down in front of him.
