Star Wars AU. Based on Plutarch's "Lives". The ambitious General Snoke is intent on overthrowing the Republic, taking a city of brick and turning it into an empire of marble. With the help of his vast army and his apprentice and loyal lieutenant, Kylo Ren, Snoke prepares to establish himself as a de factor dictator. But standing in his way is the small, but militarily fierce kingdom of Jakku. If Snoke can manipulate the leaders of Jakku in his favor, he will have all the strength his needs to crush the Republic. But Jakku has its own conflict, with a civil war brewing between the two ruling sisters, the Force-sensitive Rey and the aloof Aman. As war looms on all fronts, the citizens of the Republic are confronted with a divergence in the Force, as the balance between light and dark is ultimately challenged.
