They came out under the shroud of darkness. No one ever saw them, and if you did your life was never the same again. The nightcrawlers; spirits who are born from your hatred and feed off your agony. They caused the misfortunes of this world, coming alive under darkness. Some were unnoticeable and some could never be forgotten, often appearing as the things you desired most.
However, the trouble wasn't that they still existed, but that no one believed they did. Now, it was time to make their comeback.
Elementals are humans born with a gift--- the power to wield one of the nine elements. They are the only ones who can resist the nightcrawlers, but they remain in the shadows of an oppressive society.
Including Marisol Uroso. Raised in poverty caring for her sick mother and younger sister, Marisol had learnt that life is anything but fair. But that would not stop her from realising her dreams. With the rising of the hideous nightcrawlers, could a team of unlikely elementals band together against them?
This all depended on the courage of one young woman. Could Marisol forsake herself to save a world that never cared for her? When one fatal day forces her into the hands of a dysfunctional group of elementals, she doesn't have much of a choice.
