18-year-old Phoebe Keegan is a shy yet outspoken girl born in England. Ever since she lost her parents and twin brother in a car crash, she was forced to move to the USA, in small town called Mystic Falls to live with her favourite cousin, Caroline Forbes and her mother, Liz.
Having been with Jeremy for months, she's a happy girl. But what will happen when she meets local bad boy, Kol Mikaelson? Does something happen that could possibly push Phoebe away from the Gilbert and into bad boy Kol's arms?
Will Phoebe ever be destined for happiness? How will they cope when one of the worst things that can ever happen to a person, happens to Phoebe?
