The Dragon Transmutator

Rishima Atona makes a new friend before going into high school. His name is Landon and he may not be the most social, but he and Rishima become good friends. Yet, there is trouble with the government. Dragons and humans live together in peace, but there are struggles now and Landon is running away because of his supposed criminal past. Rishima decides to help him get there and even though he refused, she's going anyway. What could possibly go wrong?
